Modern Energy was born from my passion for wellness. I have been a Reiki healer since 2012 and evolved my healing practice to incorporate Crystal healing, Sound Healing and Shamanic practices to provide a custom experience for the individual in need. As a long term Yoga practitioner, my love for yoga inspired me to teach. As a full Level 1 Yoga Teacher registered with Yoga Australia, I am inspired to bring the gifts of wellness to all my students and clients. Yoga is for every body.

Natural Skincare

Our natural and organic skincare products began when I lovingly created them for my family and friends.

​

Having grown up with natural herbs and remedies, my love for the gifts from nature was reignited by my beautiful children. Creating natural soaps and products for their delicate skin allowed me to explore the amazing potential of handmade organic products.

 

Since the very first batch, I have infused my appreciation for nature into each product and I now share these products with you. Each item is handmade in small batches using high quality organic and natural ingredients with active oils, butters and salts. I believe you should cherish your mind, body and spirit. So I strive to make all our products feel good, work good and smell good enough to eat for a truly enjoyable experience. Unlike cosmetic companies all our skincare products are made using natural concentrated ingredients; no fillers or chemical preservatives and are never tested on animals, only willing humans!

A connection to Nature

Growing up I was always in the garden, butt naked and in the dirt, eat fresh fruits and vegetables from the veggie patch. I still remember making beeswax candles with my dad from the hive we had at our farm. While that was many years ago, my passion has not subsided with a deep love for spending time in nature, learning about the benefits of natural herbs and foods, as well as combining traditional methods with the modern world we live in. Wellness and well-being truly is an all encompassing experience, inside and outside. Through my blog, inspired posts and through workshops and products, I hope to share wellness experience with you all.
