Yoga
A Private Yoga Class is a 1 on 1 yoga session with just you and your teacher allowing all the teacher’s focus and attention to be just on you! A personalised yoga class plan is created to suit your needs and preferred class style with your teacher providing all the alignment cues, hands on adjustments and support to ensure you get the most out of your yoga practice. If you have ever felt lost in a yoga class, needing more support or simply cannot make it out to a yoga studio, then private yoga is for you.
Private yoga allows for a customised plan to be developed as a form of healing therapy to assist in particular health and wellbeing needs. Based on your individual needs, a plan is developed to ensure the right class structure, class type, poses and flows are used to maximise your healing potential during your yoga practice. Specialising in tension and stress relief, sciatica, anxiety and meditation as well as core strengthening and flexibility. Your class type can be Vinyasa, Hatha, Vin-Yin or Restorative. Whatever your personal wellbeing goals, talk to us about how yoga can help you. During a Private Yoga session you can be assured your teacher has designed a class plan for your individual needs, will support and guide you through your practice and at the end during your relaxation provide you with either a Reiki healing or a head/shoulder massage.
Your teacher will provide:
• A 6mm extra thick Yoga Mat for ultimate comfort
• Blocks, straps, bolsters as required. Props are there to assist you in your practice
What do I need to bring?
Yourself! Dress in comfortable clothing that will allow free movement. Sportswear is recommended noting no shoes/socks are worn in yoga. Please ensure long hair is tied back so it does not bother you during the session. This is your time with your teacher’s full attention so be sure to ask questions, share your thoughts or concerns, and most of all enjoy your time knowing you are prioritising your health and wellbeing.
Prior to your first session we will email you a client form to complete. Please ensure this form is signed and returned 24 hours prior to your session to ensure we have adequate time to prepare your class plan.
