High Protein Banana Pancakes

This is a super easy, quick and delicious way to have a high protein low calorie breakfast. On the days that I want a change up from my usual egg white scramble, this is my go to. You can even prep ahead and store in the fridge once cooked. Enjoy!

Ingredients:
1 Banana
1 Egg
4 Egg Whites Method:
Blend all ingredients together. Pour small amount into a hot pan. Flip when brown and cooked. Serve with fresh strawberries.
